Watch: "Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations" on the Travel Channel

The Travel Channel recently premiered “Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations”, a travel show with a culinary twist. What makes this particular travel show unique is the personality of the (sometimes reluctant) host, Anthony Bourdain, a chef made famous by his book, “Kitchen Confidential”. Bourdain is a hard-living, straight-talking man, not the touchy-feely; everything is wonderful host viewers are used to. When something sucks (say, Icelandic pickled shark), Bourdain cops to it. If you want a show that celebrates all cultures and cuisine indiscriminately, don’t watch this show. If you want honesty and humor (harsh though it may be sometimes), watch “Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations”.
